2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Environment-One Corporation.
3. Purpose: Continue to supply the Utility Systems Department ("USD") with grinder pumps and parts for residential and commercial wastewater collection systems.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: The initial term was 3-years with automatic 1-year renewals. Amendment #4 is for one year, March 31, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Maintain the growth in the City by providing new & replacement sewer grinder systems.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): This Amendment provides for the annual price adjustment found in Section V of the Contract. This year, the Producer Price Index ("PPI") is 3.06% along with imposed Tariffs of $25.00 per pump. This Amendment also provides for parts not previously listed in the Contract. The estimated annual increase expenditure for this period is $526,911.43, for a total over the remaining seven months of $7,451,729.78.
