5. Duration: August 21, 2023 through August 20, 2028. Being extended through November 31, 2028
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Safety and security of the public. Port St Lucie Police Department has been using these cameras as they provide our agency with critical, indisputable video footage to investigate crimes, such as parking lot thefts and vehicular crimes, and assist in securing arrests.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Annual Subscription rate will be $57,500. This amendment is to increase the overall contract amount by $81,906.85 to a new total of $266,006.85. Future expenditures will be appropriated in the approved budget.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Amendment #1 to Contract #20230091 to include all cameras currently under contract for PSLPD.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve Amendment #1 to Contract #20230091 to include all cameras.
2. Move that the Council not approve Amendment #1 to Contract #20230091 and provide staff with direction.
Background: The City of Port St. Lucie Police Department currently has a total of twenty-three (23) cameras under different contracts. This amendment will allow all cameras to be under the umbrella of one contract with discounted pricing.
