Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into a LED Lighting Agreement between FPL and the City of Port St. Lucie for the Tradition Parkway Extension.

2. Move that the Council not approve the agreement and provide staff direction.
Background: The Tradition Parkway extension will be constructed to provide access to Fernlake Drive and the Western Grove Emery residential development.
