Executive Summary (General Business): Rezoning of a 1.81-acre lot from Industrial (IN) to Service Commercial (CS) for a property located on the south side of Commerce Center Drive and west of Commerce Lakes Drive.

Presentation Information: Staff may make a short presentation

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the rezoning request as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

Alternate Recommendation:
1. Move that the Council deny the rezoning request and provide staff direction.

Background: On March 1, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the applicant's requested rezoning. Please see staff report for a more detailed background.

Issues/Analysis: The rezoning will create greater consistency with the existing Future Land Use designation. Please see the staff report for more detailed analysis.
