2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Southwide Industries, Inc.
3. Purpose: To provide traffic signing as well as striping and marking within the City of Port St. Lucie on a as needed basis. The scope of work includes the installation of reflective pavement markers, painted traffic stripes and marking, thermoplastic traffic stripes and marking and roadway signs and posts.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: Three (3) years with one (1) twenty-four (24) month renewal period.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Ensures streets are well marked for the safety of City residents.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated annual expenditure for FY 2021/2022 is $400,000. Future years will be as appropriated in each year's budget.

Background: The City maintains over nine hundred seventeen (917) centerline miles of roadway, which includes paint and thermoplastic pavement markings. As these pavement markings deteriorate, the City must replace them to ensure the safety of City residents.
