Strategic Plan Link: The City's Goal of high-quality infrastructure and facilities.

Executive Summary (General Business): The City of Port St. Lucie, as the applicant and property owner, is requesting a rezoning of four (4) parcels legally described as Port St. Lucie Section 25, Block 325, Lots 7 through 10. The subject property is currently zoned Limited Mixed Use (LMD). The Utility (U) district permits publicly owned or operated buildings and uses, aligning with the City's plans for utility infrastructure development.

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the proposed rezoning as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and recommend approval of the rezoning.
2. Move that the Board deny the rezoning and provide staff direction.
