Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve Grant Agreement 23PW003G and return it to the Public Works Department for final processing with FDACS.

2. Move that the Council not approve the Grant Agreement and provide staff direction.

Background: The City of Port St. Lucie was awarded a grant from FDACS totaling $56,250.00. The funds will be utilized for tree planting opportunities on public property along the sidewalks of Selvitz Rd & Peachtree Blvd. The awarded grant will increase the City's canopy coverage, improve pedestrian experiences, cleaner air, etc. This grant coincides with the City's previously awarded $1 million FDACS/Arbor Day Foundation Grow Green grant, utilizing the same census tracts.
