Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board approve the Resolution accepting the conveyance of an easement over a portion of real property described as Tract A, Southern Grove Plat 39, as Recorded in Plat Book 109, Page 30, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and approve the acceptance of the Easement.
2. Move that the Board not approve the donation and provide staff direction.
Background: In early 2023, the GFC entered into a tri-party Traffic Signal Agreement with the City of Port St. Lucie and Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC.
