Background: Engineering Design & Construction (EDC), Inc. was awarded the contract for the Design & Permitting for the Hegener Dr. Extension Phase 2, which is approximately 1,700 linear feet of roadway within a proposed 100-foot-wide public road right-of-way on July 12, 2021. The original contract began on July 15th, 2021, in the amount of $300,900. An Amendment #1 was processed on January 4, 2022, adding $6,500 for an additional task for the 404 Wetland Assessment/Mitigation Analysis.
