3. Purpose: To provide design services for a pedestrian bridge to improve connectivity between the parks with The Port District.

5. Duration: An additional 150 calendar days for a new end date of December 31, 2024.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The Port District is envisioned as a premier destination with the City of Port St. Lucie and is a key component of the Parks & Recreation 10-year Master Plan.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Amendment #10 is for $82,900.00 and Amendment #11 is for $23,660.00 for a total of $106,560.00.

Background: The new pedestrian bridge connects Veterans Park at Rivergate on SE Veterans Memorial Parkway to The Promenade across the canal and then continues to Veterans Memorial Park. This allows for additional connectivity throughout The Port District.
