Executive Summary: This agenda item is prepared for the Planning and Zoning Board to conduct interviews to fill 2 vacancies on the Board, one at-large and 1 alternate member vacancy.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend to the City Council the top two candidates to fill the Board vacancies.
Background: N/A
Special Consideration: If, Greg Pettibon, currently serving as an alternate member, is selected to serve as an at-large member, we will need to solicit applications for the alternate board member vacancy.
