Executive Summary (General Business): A small-scale comprehensive plan amendment requested by the Diocese of Palm Beach, to change the future land use designation for 12.76 acres of property from Residential Medium Density to Institutional (I). The project site is the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, which includes an existing church and a proposed new parish hall. The existing residences known as Villa Seton are not included in this application.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the amendment as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the amendment.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
