Executive Summary (General Business): A replat of a final plat with construction plans for 215 residential lots on 75.99 acres. The depth of lots 53-79 has been increased from 135’ to 145’.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the final plat and construction plans as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee on August 11, 2021.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the final plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve the final plat and provide staff direction.
