Executive Summary (General Business): Changes to the City's budget are customary and anticipated throughout the fiscal year due to the nature of operations. This amendment will adjust the operating and capital budget for each budget for each department/fund identified noting the sources and uses of funds necessary to complete Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget. Per the City Charter, all amendment to the City's budget involving interfund transfers must be accomplished by ordinance, which requires two City Council meetings/readings of the ordinance.
Presentation Information: A brief PowerPoint presentation will be given by Caroline Sturgis, Director, Office of Management & Budget, Procurement, Acting Director, Facilities Maintenance Department
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Fiscal Year 24-25 budget amendment.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Fiscal Year 24-25 budget amendment.
2. Move that the Council provide staff with direction.
