Strategic Plan Link: The City's Goal of high-quality infrastructure and facilities.

The roundabout was constructed to maintain access to the Walgreens on the south side and CVS on the north side as well as to slow traffic entering the neighborhood to the east. Presentation Information: Stef Matthes, P.E., with consultant Culpepper and Terpening will provide a presentation sharing a brief history, an overview of the improvement options and will offer a recommendation. Staff will be available for discussion and to answer any questions.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the recommended improvement option to block the north/south travel of SW College Park Road through the intersection by constructing median curb and landscaping in the median of SW Tulip Boulevard and tentatively approving a future budget amendment to fund said improvements.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and provide staff comments and direction on how to move forward
2. Move that the Council not approve the recommendation and provide direction.
