Executive Summary: This is a request to rezone 15.446 acres from a Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning designation to the General Commercial (CG) zoning designation. The current PUD zoning designation expired and is no longer valid. In order to develop this property, it needs to be rezoned.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board vote to recommend approval to the City Council.
