2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and ATOS IT Solutions & Services, Inc., Cisco Systems, Inc., CradlePoint, Inc., Extreme Networks, Inc., Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, Juniper Network (US), Inc., and Palo Alto Networks, Inc.
3. Purpose: To purchase end of life hardware for both regular City replacement projects and Wi-Fi & Security Expansions.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: The initial term began on October 01, 2019 through September 30, 2024 with two (2) one year renewal options ending September 30, 2026.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To replace hardware before issues arise.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated expenditures for Fiscal Year 2021/2022 is $2,000,000. Future expenditures will be as appropriated in each year's budget.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council waive the bidding, per Chapter 35.04(c), good cause shown, and participate in the State of Florida Contract #43220000-NASPO-19-ACS for Data Communication Products & Services.
