Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting the rezoning of approximately 0.24-acre parcel, from Single-Family Residential (RS-2) to Service Commercial (CS). The Service Commercial (CS) zoning district allows permitted uses as listed per Section 158.126 of the City’s Zoning Code. The proposed rezoning change also has a companion application to propose a change to the Future Land Use classification of Service Commercial (CS).
