Executive Summary (General Business): Erika Beitler of HJA Design Studios, acting as the agent for Cheney Brothers, has submitted a proposal for onsite artwork in association with the approved Cheney Brothers site plan (P21-279). The Cheney Brothers site plan was approved by the City Council on January 24, 2022. To meet their public art requirements, Cheney Brothers has elected to provide onsite artwork. Presentation Information: The applicant will provide a presentation.
