Executive Summary (General Business): Riverland Associates IV, LLLP, the owner of the property, has requested a replat of Riverland Parcel D, Plat One to update the tract lines and easements to accurately reflect the adjustment to Lake 15 and water main location. Plat One consists of the water management and open space tracts for the Riverland Parcel D development.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary and final plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the preliminary and final plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval at their December 13, 2023, meeting.
