Executive Summary (General Business): This is an application for approval of a Major Site Plan Amendment for significant revisions to the building elevations for the Phoenix Gatlin Center located on Gatlin Boulevard. Minor revisions to the Site Plan are also proposed.
Presentation Information: If requested, staff will provide 5-minute presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Major Site Plan Amendment application as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Department.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Major Site Plan Amendment application.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
