Executive Summary (General Business): This is an application for approval of a Major Site Plan in Verano Pod G for a golf cart barn and sports courts. Club members will pick up and return the golf carts within the staging area of the cart barn. The site plan includes 38,918 sq. ft. of sports courts: (8) pickleball courts, (2) tennis courts, and (1) basketball court to the southwest corner of the site. A 13,614 SF putting green is located at the northwest corner of the site for golfers to practice on. A golf club clubhouse is tentatively planned to be developed on the site in the future.
Presentation Information: If requested, staff will provide 5-minute presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Major Site Plan application as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee on February 23, 2022.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Major Site Plan Application.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
