6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The CEI & GEO services provide construction oversight of the project which completes the spine road of the job's corridor within Southern Grove and includes Tom Mackie Blvd. & Marshall Parkway.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): One-time expense of $927,016.00.

Background: The City Council identified the development of the Southern Grove Master Plan to meet the goals of a diverse local economy and employment opportunities with the initiative of building out Southern Grove, as a strategic priority.
