Background: On April 6, 2000, Reimer C. Nielsen and Hermine E. Nielsen, the former owners of the subject property, executed a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants relative to Lots 39, 40 and 41, Block 1073, Port St. Lucie Section Nine. The Declaration of Restrictive Covenants encumbers Lots 39, 40 and 41, so that the lots would be assessed as a single residential unit.

Issues/Analysis: The current owner of the subject property, Michael Investments and Realty, LLC, now wishes to convey, devise, or develop the lots independently of each other. The total amount of administrative charges owed to the City has been paid in full. The Declaration of Restrictive Covenants may now be released, satisfied, and discharged in its entirety, and a Termination of Declaration of Restrictive Covenants shall be recorded with the St. Lucie County Clerk.
