Executive Summary (General Business): Request for approval of a preliminary and final plat that is 0.51 acres in area. The project proposes a replat of two (2) single family lots.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the proposed preliminary and final plat at their regular meeting of July 13, 2022.
