Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat with construction plans at their meeting of February 1, 2022.
