2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. ("JMT").
3. Purpose: Provide additional CEI & GEO Services to align this contract with the construction contract.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: No additional time is needed. The current end date is May 2, 2025.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Provide additional intersection capacity, accessible multi-use pathways, pedestrian lighting, underground drainage and upgraded water and sanitary sewer facilities.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): An additional $266,528.50 for a new contract amount of $1,368,749.00.

Background: On September 12, 2023, the City of Port St. Lucie executed a contract with JMT for Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) and Geotechnical (GEO) services for the above referenced project. The Contract commenced on September 12, 2023, and originally terminated 200 calendar days thereafter on March 20, 2024.
