Executive Summary: Request that to Board enter an order finding that the respondent engaged in the business or act in the capacity of a contractor or advertise himself or herself or a business organization as available to engage in the business or act in the capacity of a contractor without being duly registered, certified or the holder of a certificate of competency in violation of Section 150.530 of the Port St. Lucie Code of Ordinances and Section 489.127(1), Florida Statutes.
