Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council award Contract #20230058 and enter into a unit price contract with Treasure Coast Lawns, Inc. for Grounds Maintenance Services at various USD sites and facilities.

2. Move that the Council not approve Contract #20230058 and provide staff with direction.

Background: This E-Bid is a re-bid of grounds maintenance services for these locations which include, but are not limited to, mowing, edging, weed removal, clean up, ground cover, and shrubbery maintenance. It is essential that these properties are properly maintained for aesthetic and safety purposes because the sites are located adjacent to, or in commercial or residential areas.
