Executive Summary: Applicant requests a Special Exception Use (SEU) for a developed property to add 957 square feet of enclosed assembly area to an existing 2,821 square feet of enclosed assembly area (daycare center) for a total of 3,778 square feet.

 

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: If the Board finds the use consistent with Sections 158.260(A) through (L) of the City Code, then the Board may:

                     Motion to recommend approval to the City Council

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Board recommend approval to the City Council with conditions.

2.                     Move that the Board recommend denial to the City Council.

 

Background: A Resolution (06- R40) was granted by the City Council for a special exception use for the existing 3,427-square-foot day care center and 1,900-square-foot playground.
