Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed second final plat application is for phase one of the Belterra development. It proposes 66 single family lots, water management tract, future development tract, and road right- of -ways dedicated to the Belterra HOA.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.

2.                     Move that the Council Not adopt the resolution and provide direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final plat with construction plans at their meeting of December 8, 2021
