Summary Brief (Agreements/Contracts only)
1. Prepared by: India Barr, Procurement Contracting Officer, OMB.
2. Parties: There are two Contracts, between the City of Port St. Lucie and (1) 360 Energy Solutions LLC ("360 Energy"); and (2) Paramount Power Inc. ("Paramount")
3. Purpose: This is a master contract for various City of Port St. Lucie Departments that require the services of a contractor for Portable and Stationary Generator Preventative Maintenance, Repairs, and Generator Rental and Reserve Rates.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: The initial term of each Contract is for two (2) years. The City shall have an option to renew for two (2) additional two (2) year periods for each Contract.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To ensure the City of Port St. Lucie's buildings, facilities and infrastructure have back-up power in the event of a power outage while ensuring continuity of operations during power outages and reducing emergency repair costs through proactive maintenance. The Contracts will also enhance public safety and infrastructure resilience and extend the useful life of critical equipment.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Approximate cost is $656,801.50 annually. Future expenditure will be appropriated in each fiscal year budget.
