Executive Summary (General Business): Request for a waiver of the application fee to amend the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Conceptual Plan for Sawgrass Lakes.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the requested waiver.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the waiver.
2. Move that the Council not approve the requested waiver and give direction.
Background: Please see attached waiver request from Elizabeth Millardo, Paar Estates HOA President.
Issues/Analysis: The project was constructed without sidewalks and street trees by the previous developer. Multiple single-family homes have already been built and received their Certificate of Occupancy.
The applicant has submitted an update to the conceptual plan to show the project without sidewalks and a relocation of the required trees.
Financial Information: The application fee for the proposed PUD amendment is $3,597.

Location of Project: The property is located east of Darwin Boulevard and south of Tulip Boulevard, with Paar Drive being on the south and east boarder of the property.
