Executive Summary (General Business): The City Attorney is one of two Charter Officers in the City, whose employment is governed by the City Council.  The City Attorney is requesting his agreement be amended to reflect his voluntary separation from the City with a 30 day notice.

 

Presentation Information: (Initial Question): City Attorney will be available to discuss if desired.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council Approve the Agreement Amendment as requested.
