Executive Summary (General Business): This application is for a preliminary and final plat for the project known as Western Grove 7. The request is to subdivide a 122.96-acre site to create four (4) tracts for future development. The site is located within the Tradition and Western Grove Development of Regional Impact (DRI). This is a boundary plat with no associated improvements.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
