Background: City Council previously approved the interlocal with St. Lucie County authorizing the design of improvements for Prima Vista as part of the Floresta Corridor Project. This amendment allows for additional work to be performed as requested by the County.

Issues/Analysis: This Resolution authorizes the Mayor and City Manager, or his designee, to amend the Interlocal Agreement between St. Lucie County and the City.

Financial Information: This amendment authorizes an additional reimbursable amount to the City by the County not to exceed $27,248.00 unless the County changes the scope of work as set forth in the Amendment to the Interlocal
