3. Purpose: To perform necessary preventative maintenance of all bridges and water control structures throughout the City.

5. Duration: The initial term is for two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional 2-year periods.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To provide attractive, well-maintained bridges and water control structures by lubricating structure gates, mowing and removing litter.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated expenditures for FY 2021/2022 is $34,974. The proposed total amount for the life of the contract is $209,844. Future years expenditures will be as approved in each department's budget.
