3. Purpose: Provide alcohol sales for 2020 Festival of Lights Event on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2020.

5. Duration: Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 2 - 10 p.m.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Services provided to guests attending event.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): No cost to City of Port St. Lucie.
Presentation Information: Parks & Recreation staff will be present to answer any questions relating to the 2020 Festival of Lights "Rockin' Holiday Celebration" event.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the 2020 Festival of Lights Event License Agreement with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, LLC.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the 2020 Festival of Lights Event License Agreement with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, LLC.

Background: Historically, the Parks & Recreation Department has worked with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, LLC., to provide alcohol sales for the Festival of Lights event. This is the first large scale event since COVID-19 and we will be adhering to CDC guidelines while providing our Annual Parade of Lights, Annual Tree Lighting, midway carnival, fireworks and live musical performance by Tommy C and the Black Widow Band,
