Executive Summary (General Business): This is a request for approval of a Major Site Plan application for the development of five buildings totaling 39,500 square feet. The proposed development includes four buildings intended for commercial uses, with designated patio areas to accommodate potential outdoor seating, and a fifth building intended for a bank with a drive-through facility.

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the site plan at their meeting of August 12, 2026.
Issues/Analysis: The application has been reviewed for compliance with the requirements of the Tradition MPUD, Tradition DRI and the City’s Codes and found to be in compliance.
