Executive Summary (General Business): This application is for a Final Plat with no Construction Plans. The application consists of one parcel that is 14.568 acres in area. A site plan for a golf cart barn and sports courts has been submitted.
Presentation Information: If requested, staff will provide presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Final Subdivision Plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Final Subdivision Plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the Final Subdivision Plat on February 9, 2022.
