Executive Summary (General Business): The City issued a Call to Artists for a mural on the City Hall wall as part of its rebranding efforts. The Public Art Advisory Board (PAAB) endorsed the top-ranked muralist, Jeremy Jarvis, along with his revised submission for the Council's consideration at their November 4, 2024, meeting.
Presentation Information: Designing Local, the City's consultant, and/or staff will provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council select the highest-ranked mural, the revised proposal by artist Jeremy Jarvis, to be installed on the wall at City Hall as recommended by the Public Art Advisory Board (PAAB).
Alternate Recommendations:

2. Move that the Council not approve the selection and provide staff and the Public Art Advisory Board (PAAB) with direction.
**If the Council does not approve the recommendation or wishes to pursue a different mural, Council shall provide specific direction to staff so that we can work on revising the selection process accordingly.
