Strategic Plan Link: The City's Goal to enjoy culture, nature and fun activities.

Executive Summary (General Business): The City issued a Call to Artists for a mural on the City Hall wall as part of its rebranding efforts. The Public Art Advisory Board (PAAB) endorsed the top-ranked muralist, Jeremy Jarvis, along with his revised submission for the Council's consideration at their November 4, 2024, meeting.

Presentation Information: Designing Local, the City's consultant, and/or staff will provide a presentation.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council select the highest-ranked mural, the revised proposal by artist Jeremy Jarvis, to be installed on the wall at City Hall as recommended by the Public Art Advisory Board (PAAB).

Alternate Recommendations:

This highly visible structure measures 12' 6" by 64' 3". The new mural at City Hall will act as an artistic expression of Port St. Lucie's new rebranding to welcome families and the young-at-heart from all backgrounds who seek a down-to-earth Florida lifestyle.

Artists are required to consider factors such as maintenanc...
