Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed project includes the addition of a 7,925 square foot social building with a swimming pool and additional recreational amenities to the site. Currently there exists an 11,010 square foot club house, swimming pool, sports courts and mail kiosk.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation if requested.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan amendment as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan amendment.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
