2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Granicus, LLC.
3. Purpose: To allow both parties to adapt to changing circumstances or requirements as needed.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: An additional 3-year term beginning November 2023 through November 2026.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: By agreeing to a 3-year contract, pricing for maintaining the websites will be firm. It also protects the City from larger cost increases over time which the market can effect.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Year 1 is $57,000.00; Year 2 is $48,150.00 and Year 3 is $51,520.50 for a total expenditure of $156,670.50.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve Amendment #2 to Contract #20160009 and enter into a 3-year renewal agreement with Granicus for the City's web design services.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve Amendment #2 to Contract #20160009.
2. Move that the Council not approve Amendment #2 to Contract #20160009 and provide staff with direction.

Background: The City has been working with Granicus (Open Cities) over the past year to develop a new website for the City, a subsite for The Saints Golf Course and the MIDFLORIDA Event Center. Recently, the request for a subsite for the Police Department was made to Communications. This Amendment includes upfront costs of building and maintaining all four (4) sites.

Issues/Analysis: Staff has reviewed the proposal and finds it to be fair and reasonable for the additional web design projects.
