Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval for a final subdivision plat with construction plans consisting of approximately 41 acres and 141 single-family lots.

 

Presentation Information: If requested, staff will provide presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the final subdivision plat and construction plans as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the final subdivision plat and construction plans.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.

 

Background:  The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final subdivision plat and construction plans on March 10, 2021.
