Executive Summary (General Business): The purpose of this item is twofold. The Public Hearing allows affected property owners the opportunity to provide comment and/or objections to the proposed annual rate for stormwater utility fees for the upcoming year. The resolution under consideration by the City Council approves the annual rate for stormwater utility fees.

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not approve the resolution and provide staff direction.

Background: The City Council adopted Ordinance 93-47 for the purpose of establishing the City's intent to use the uniform method for the levy, collection, and enforcement of non-ad valorem assessments to collect Stormwater Utility User Fees. The City updates the stormwater roll annually and requests approval by Council.
