Background: The District desires to connect stormwater drainage pipes to the City's Wylder Parkway Stormwater System to serve Wylder Parkway together with other lands within the Wylder development. This would comingle the roadway stormwater drainage from other areas of the Wylder development and the District with the Wylder Parkway Stormwater System.
