Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval for a Final Subdivision Plat with Construction Plans consisting of approximately 27.953 acres and 52 single-family lots and one (1) stormwater management tract.

 

Presentation Information: If requested, staff will provide presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the final subdivision plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee on November 25, 2020.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the final subdivision Plat.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
