Executive Summary (General Business): An application for site plan approval for an amenity center, with a footprint of 14,887 square feet. The buildings are made up of a social club room, club house and a fitness building. The proposed project is located within the LTC Ranch (West) Residential PUD and DRI.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan.
2. Move that the Council deny the site plan
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee reviewed the request at their meeting on November 8, 2023, and recommended approval.
