Executive Summary: This application is an amendment to the Southern Grove Development of Regional Impact (DRI) to amend Map H and Map H-2. Map H is the master development plan for the Southern Grove DRI and Map H-2 is the master plan for Tradition Trail and pedestrian facilities. This amendment will re-align certain roadways depicted on Map H and Map H-2 and located west of Interstate 95 and east of SW Village Parkway to accommodate new development plans for this area of the city.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board approve the amendment as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Department.

1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and approve the amendment as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Department.
2. Move that the Board not approve the amendment and provide staff direction.

Background: Southern Grove is an approved Development of Regional Impact (DRI) that is located west of Interstate 95, south of Tradition Parkway, north of the C-23 canal and approximately 3,606 acres in size.
