Purpose: To utilize the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement to procure Water Collection and Control Products and Accessories under the same terms and conditions. These materials are essential to the Utility Systems Department (“USD”) for ongoing system maintenance, emergency repairs, and capital improvement projects. Utilizing this agreement ensures continuity, cost-efficiency, and timely access to critical infrastructure components.

Duration: Term of Contract is for three (3) years with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional one-year periods.
